To keep overheads low the team is built around the client needs. That means we do not have permanent teams on hand or lots of staff expert in an area you won’t utilise. Instead we have core team of Creative Producers and a team of freelance and partner companies we co-ordinate and manage to deliver the most cost effective results. For large scale development we can access cost-effective, overseas development resources.

That may sound like a collective, we just call it great team working. If you're familiar with the way video production tends to work, then you'll understand the reason for having a producer at the heart of the project.
