The MediaPractice Ethos

There are three simple codes themediapractice will follow. Why. Because these are the things that annoyed the hell out of me when working for other companies. You should never find any of our team less than fully enthusiastic about these. If you do then please let us know.

Our simple rules are...

• Treat clients with the respect, communicate with complete honesty and deliver the attention to detail that should be expected.
• Produce better work this year than we produced in the last.
• Treat suppliers fairly

And those are set because

• You pay our bills and I want you to want to come back time and time again
• I want to win awards and be constantly proud of the work we do
• It’s the producers, programmers, printers and technicians behind us that pull us out of the murky stuff when delivery requirements and time allowed collide

So those are the written rules but here’s one unwritten rule (well it was until now). Work is the thing we do when we’re not at home living. Both should be a constant source of enjoyment so enjoy working with us.
