Task: Deliver the finished website and carry out necessary tests to ensure the operational requirements are met.
Following a successful live test the website can now go live. A bedding-in period is advisable to allow users to get to grips with the new site experience before user feedback is canvassed.

With luck that will be a successful site launch. Throughout the project lifecycle the client should be kept informed of progress and delivery dates of the various elements. The 4D process will seem like overkill on smaller projects but it’s as easy for a small project to go awry as it is for a larger one, so at TMP we use this all the time.
